Dorothy,

This is my experience taking Ignite Chewables.

Having been a driver for several years with companies like DHL & Fed Ex, I've always

used products like 5 Hour Energy and Red Bull. I didn't like the side effects of either

of them, but they helped me to stay alert and aware.

I do physical therapy 3 times a week, and normally I'm dragging because I have to start

at 7:30am. I decided to try Ignite to see if it would make a difference, and did it ever. It

normally takes me a little over an hour to finish all my exercises, but I blasted through

all of them in a little under a half hour. When I was done with my routine I still had more

energy to spare...I could've gone another round.

* You may want to book your “after” photos with a photographer now—this will help you stay committed and focused.
* NOTE: Digitally altered before/after photos will NOT be accepted. Photos suspected of digital alteration may result in your disqualification for prize consideration. The contest winner may be asked to verify his/her weight and measurements with a physician.
* Your privacy is important to us. Your name, photographs, measurements and personal story will not be distributed or printed without your prior expressed written permission.

TIPS FOR SUCCESS

* Set specific, realistic goals- Gauging progress is much easier when you know exactly what you are trying to accomplish. Set goals that are specific, realistic and attainable. It may help to identify long and short-term goals. The long-term goal would be exactly what you want to accomplish by the end of the contest. Short-term goals could be weekly, bi-weekly or monthly checkpoints for evaluating your progress.
* Be consistent- Remember to take 1-2 tablets of Trimulean 30 minutes prior to each meal, every day. For best results, combine with a healthy daily diet and regular exercise. Exercise should be aerobic and at least 30 minutes per day (or three sessions of 10 minutes).
* Step off the scale- Frequent weight-checks on the scale usually lead to one thing: frustration. You see, the scale will only tell you one thing... how much you weigh at any given time. Beauty Spaces TV show features Chews 4 health

This will be the first of many LifeTime appearances as Dr. Friedman has been asked to be a regular weekly host on the program as LifeTime Television’s “Health Expert”. (Starting the end of June) LifeTime Television will be airing Chews-4-Health commercials, promotions and offering product giveaways in the months ahead. All orders from LifeTime will be placed in the CoOP.

The first episode was originally scheduled to cover the home based business aspect of Chews-4-Health only, however, after appointing Dr. Friedman as LifeTime’s “Health Expert”, the executives felt his first appearance would be more effective concentrating on the product and it’s HEALTH benefits. Dr. Friedman has been given full creative rights to the weekly segment and he is already working on lining up celebrities and famous authors to appear on future shows.

Videos of all these segments will appear on LifeTime Television’s web site and we will use them in a compilation DVD for our Team Members.
